In accordance with the above quality policy and objectives, our company has passed the ISO9001 quality system certification. In accordance with the GB/T9002-ISO9001 quality assurance model, we have established a quality system document with the focus on improving the quality system and the key to enhancing product quality. This serves as the fundamental basis and guideline for our company's quality activities. Establish a Quality management office as the centralized department for quality management throughout the company. Under the leadership of the management representative, it organizes the daily management of the quality system. A quality inspection department was established, with 18 professionals specializing in quality inspection.

To ensure product quality, we first strengthen the review of tender documents and contracts, with a focus on examining the technical performance of the products, to guarantee the provision of pump products that meet the specified requirements. In terms of design, our company has developed the "Design and Development Plan Control Procedure", "Design Control Procedure", "Design Review and Verification Procedure", and "Design Change Procedure". The technical department conducts design in accordance with the above control procedures based on the contract to meet the customer's requirements. During the processing, we should strengthen the first inspection, patrol inspection and final inspection system, with a focus on incoming inspection, process inspection and final inspection. We should strictly control the generation of substandard products to ensure that substandard raw materials do not enter the factory, substandard semi-finished products do not flow into the next process, and substandard products do not leave the factory. In terms of after-sales service, we promptly provide usage and maintenance instructions, offer free installation and commissioning services to customers as stipulated in the contract, establish and improve the after-sales service network, collect user feedback, and provide necessary information for product usage and improvement to customers.
